Bridal Veil was established in the 1880s, finding its roots primarily as a logging town. Boasting abundant timber resources, its population flourished with the construction of the Columbia River Highway in the early 1900s. At its peak, the city housed around 300 residents. However, as the logging industry declined, so too did the community's vitality.
